Returns and exchanges


Sorry, no refunds, we are very happy to exchange if you are unhappy with a size, colour, incorrect or damaged garment.
Exchanges will be allowed if the garment is returned in its original packaging, hasn’t been damaged or worn, with fair reason. Exchange needs to be requested within 21 days of purchase. Exchange is only possible if the item is still available on the website.
Clients are responsible to return the package to 27 Wenning street, Groenkloof, Pretoria, 0181, South Africa at their own cost. They are also responsible for the extra cost to have the new item delivered.
Damaged or incorrect items will be collected and returned by Momsy at our own cost.
Clients must inform us within 3 business days of delivery if a garment is damaged or incorrect for a possible exchange.
Please note that all our items are hand made and may differ slightly from one another or from the images.
We are constantly improving our products and may improve a pattern or fabric at any time. Our garments are hand made and may have slight differences in length and size.
