We are very happy to exchange if you are unhappy with a size, colour, incorrect or damaged garment.
Underwear + Swimwear can not be exchanged due to personal hygiene. Unfortunately this applies to both bottoms and tops as the lactation process can start during early stages of pregnancy.

Returns & Exchanges
Sorry, no refunds, we are very happy to exchange if you are unhappy with a size, colour, incorrect or damaged garment (excluding underwear + swimwear).
Underwear + Swimwear can not be exchanged due to personal hygiene. Unfortunately this applies to both bottoms and tops as the lactation process can start during early stages of pregnancy.
Exchanges will be allowed if the garment is returned in its original packaging, hasn’t been damaged or worn, with fair reason. Exchange needs to be requested within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges are only possible if the item is still available on the website. End of season / collection sale items can not be exchanged.
Clients are responsible to return and collect the package to and from our pickup point in Groenkloof, Pretoria at their own cost. We can gladly assist by sending our couriers at the additional costs. Items must be returned within 5 working days of approval.
Damaged or incorrect items will be collected and returned by Momsy at our own cost. Clients must inform us within 7 days of delivery if a garment is damaged or incorrect for a possible exchange.
Please note that all our items are hand made and may differ slightly from one another or from the images.
We are constantly improving our products and may improve a pattern or fabric at any time. Our garments are hand made and may have slight differences in length, size and colour.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not refundable or transferable.
