Do you have a retail store?

No, unfortunately we only have an online store

Can you customise a garment for me?

Unfortunately due to time limitations and production lines we are not able to customize or alter any orders.

How often do you restock?

Please check in with us for a restock on a specific item. We may or may not restock an item depending on the time of the year and availability of the item.

Can I become a Momsy stockist?

We do not have any stockists at the moment but please send your proposal or enquiry to info@momsy.co.za for consideration.

Ordering

What size should I order?

We suggest ordering your pre-pregnancy size because our smart designs make provision for a growing bump, unless you know you need to size up.All of our products have some sizing guidance on the description page. Please follow this link to our sizing guide.

How do I track my order?

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
